Accommodating Resistance (Part 1)

The human body is stronger at some positions than at others, we are limited as to the amount of weight we can use in a certain movement. For instance, you may be able to do a quarter squat with 600 lbs, but you may be able to only full squat 400 pounds. We all know through practical experience that while doing a simple curl, at the start of the movement, is very hard, whereas at the finish it is somewhat easier because of changing leverage. This webinar will go in to great detail on how to utilize Accommodating Resistance to excel at any sport. An Athlete must develop speed strength, increase acceleration, and gain absolute strength in order to reach there full potential. Bands and chains can be instrumental in developing these aspects of strength and within this webinar I will teach this.

This Webinar Covers The Following Topics

• What Is Accommodating Resistance
• Circa Maximal Phase
• Strength Speed
• Using bands and chains
• Correct Percentages for Squatting, Benching and Deadlifting
• How to program correctly
