Great experience

I contacted Westside after seeing an article that their lifters had virtually zero back pain. I wanted to learn more about how they structure their training to build stronger backs. It turns out my intuition was almost completely wrong. After a couple weeks of following the program, my back feels way better and I’m looking forward to see the progress in future.
